Sean Carroll, CEO & President

Sean, a graduate of University of Southern California (USC), has led Ross F. Carroll, Inc. since 2002. As CEO, he is responsible for strategic direction and operational excellence in all facets of the business. This includes, client service, project estimates, project management, field and shop operations, finance, PR, government affairs, and community relations. Today, Sean is leading RFC into a new business phase that responds to the changing market environment and addresses emerging client expectations including global market place issues and environmentally conscious business and construction practices.

Mathew Francis, Vice President of Marketing & Administration

Mathew, a graduate of University of San Francisco (USF), joined RFC in 2012. He brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, business and management development, executive coaching, organizational design, and project management. In conjunction with business development efforts Mathew is responsible for continuing to develop RFC’s strategic direction and expansion with a focus on ongoing management development, marketing, client relations, enhanced client services / offerings, and superior quality delivery of work on time and within budget.

John Negele, Vice President of Operations

John joined RFC in 1990 as a highly experienced Blade Operator. In 1993, John was elevated to Foreman / Operator. Over the next 15 years, he had hands-on management of individual projects. In 2008 John was promoted to General Manager and continues to provide exceptional leadership. John’s responsibilities in field operations include direct supervision of the foremen, trade / sub-contractors and other construction related personnel. He directs planning, coordination and safe execution of projects to ensure work is performed within contractual agreements.

Don Ingram, Vice President/Chief Estimating Officer

Don began his career with Ross F. Carroll, Inc. in 1990. He is responsible for all estimating, project planning, and project management activities, and manages the Grading and Paving Division staff. He applies his 26 years of industry experience to engineer projects to consistently provide accurate and competitive bids, ensuring no “surprises” to RFC’s clients. In addition to directing the estimating and project management staff, Don is also responsible for all aspects of procuring private/public projects. This includes the execution of earthwork, mass grading, base rock, asphalt paving, underground utilities, and concrete structures. His well-established relationships within the industry enable him to network with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate competitive prices and organize bids in a cost effective manner.

Tina Erickson, Accounting Manager

Tina joined RFC in 2009 bringing 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance. Her background includes industry-specific knowledge in electronics, banking and construction. Tina’s expert accounting capabilities benefit both RFC and our clients by ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Her integrity, professionalism and commitment to industry “best practices” are the personification of what our clients have come to enjoy and expect when working with RFC for their construction and fabrication needs.

We have worked with RFC since 1997, and have done about 100 projects together over the years. RFC is a problem solving construction firm not a problem-creating firm. This approach has given them a great reputation in the construction industry.
